Bobby Appleby

Bobby Appleby – Duty Manager - Liberty Brown

I joined the apartment group when Liberty Brown first opened its doors 8 years ago as a young keen to progress Bartender. I left to gain valuable experiences in other bars/restaurants but always knew the apartment group was where my progression would flourish. I’m now in the role of Duty Manager and working within a fantastic team here at Liberty brown.

Throughout the years I’ve constantly learned and progressed from starting as bar staff to the role of Manager. I’m constantly being given more and more responsibilities within the Group which shows the level of trust and confidence my colleagues have in me.

  • 2010 – 2013 – Bar Staff
  • 2015 – 2017 – Bar Supervisor
  • 2018 – Present – Duty Manager

The buzz around it is massive with not only the people of Sunderland excited by it but the staff are also so eager to be involved.
