What’s been your favourite project you’ve worked on at Apartment Group?

To pinpoint just one thing is difficult as there are always so many exciting things going on within the venue and the company that I have been lucky enough to be involved with! It has been great being able to do the social media for the venue for the last year, I love being creative and coming up with new ideas.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that no two days are ever the same! Every day is so different and so personal to each and every couple and it’s amazing getting to know them and playing a part in the happiest day of their lives. It’s great knowing that I’m part of a team that helps peoples wedding dreams come to life! Teamwork is such a massive part of my role, and I love encouraging staff to push themselves and seeing them progress and reach their goals.

What makes Apartment Group different?

For me, what makes The Apartment Group different is the unlimited scope for training and progression within the group. When I transferred to Newton Hall from Floritas I never thought that I would be Wedding Manager at one of the most prestigious wedding venues in the UK but the support of everyone around me made it possible! Across the venues there is such a wide range of industry knowledge available to you and the opportunities available within the company are fantastic. The support you get from everyone is amazing, they are always striving for you push out of your comfort zone to excel and widen your skill base and knowledge.
