Courvoisier Training Day
Hosted by Rebecca Asseline, Courvoisiers Global Brand Ambassador, took us through Courvoisiers history and heritage from the 1800s right through to today whilst we were sipping cognac espresso martinis. The main focus of the session was about the history and making of their VSOP cognac, how it is distilled, where the ingredients are sourced and their blend of Fins Bois.
After this Rebecca introduced us to the Café Courvoisier experience, a traditional Parisian way of drinking cognac and coffee. They compliment each other beautifully and was a perfect way to finish the session.
